As an Austin cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Mosier, has had extensive surgical training including a five year general surgery residency through the Hahnemann/ Drexel University system in the Philadelphia area followed by a 3 year fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Loyola University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois.
